Dick began his insurance career in 1970 with Aetna Life & Casualty - working in their life brokerage department. Soon, he was helping agents thru-out SW Ohio place all types of tax deferred benefit plans with their clients. In 1976, Aetna discontinued the program and Dick struck out on his own - starting a scratch property/casualty agency located in Deer Park.

 

Along the journey, his oldest daughter Kim and youngest son Chris joined the agency and today, have assumed the ownership and management of the daily operations.

 

In the meantime, Dick and his bride of 50+ years - Barbara - travel between their Cincinnati condo and their Florida condo (in Longboat Key). Dick & Barb were blessed with  5 children - (4 are married) - and enjoy all 17 of their grandkids - all of whom reside in the Cincinnati area.

 

Dick will continue to be active in the agency supporting the growth & direction that Chris & Kim will seek, and remain in service to many of his long-time customers.
